Learning From the Great Novels - One Hundred Years of Solitude

A Master Class with Eloisa James
Saturday and Sunday, June 11 & 12, 2016

The Alpha & the Omega of Romance Writing: How to Design a Book and a Career

This two-day workshop with Eloisa James will address beginning and ending a novel. We’ll start with a discussion of how to design a bestseller—-what comes before typing “Chapter One.” Then we’ll jump to the end with a discussion of how to edit your novel in order to kick it up a level. From there, we’ll move into the business of writing: how to handle agents, editors, copywriters, marketing, foreign sales, and social media.

To keep registration costs down, we’re not providing lunch. We will have hospitality (soft drinks, water, snacks). You are welcome to bring a brown bag and eat lunch in the room. If you’d prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants a few minutes’ walk from our meeting place.
