Dear WRW Published Authors:

The Retreat is right around the corner.  Application forms are due soon.

If you would like to sign your book(s) at the Pre-Retreat Signing at Turn the Page in Boonsboro, MD, be sure to send in your request as soon as you hear your reservation is confirmed.  This is what you should do:

Send an email to at Turn the Page, The email address is .  Put the following in the subject line:  Attn. Stacie.  Request to sign at Pre-Retreat Signing.

Your email request should include:

A note to Stacie which lets her know that you are a WRW member, are planning to attend the Retreat, and would very much like to be included in the Pre-Retreat signing.  The email should include:

Your name
Your name as it appears on the book cover
Your telephone number
Book title
Publisher+line (if applicable)
ISBN (10 and 13 digit)
Pub date
Price

Be as speedy as you can: Why not get all of your info into a file now, and then all you’d have to do when that envelope from Denise (our registrar) arrives, heave a sigh of relief and pop your request into an email.

NOTE: Because of space limitations, and places reserved for WRW speakers and of course, Nora, there are a limited number of spaces available.  Also because of that, books with pub dates which are close to the time of the Retreat may be more likely to be selected.  E.g., if your book is published in December 2006, and someone else’s book is published in March or April 2007, the 2007 books may be more likely to be selected.

NOTE: Just because you request to be included in the signing doesn’t mean that it will happen.  Again - space is a factor.  If you’re not invited to sign, please don’t be crushed.
